Just a few weeks ago, the couple opened up the very first Woody’s Bar-B-Q location in Tennessee. “We have so many barbecue restaurants here. But we wanted something several,” said Keisling, noting that everything is smoked in house and prepared fresh daily. While most barbecue restaurants offer pulled pork — and Woody’s does, too — the depart is a bit different, she said. “We also have sliced beef, turkey and pork,” Keisling said.
